What does the coaching process look like?

Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet, ensuring convenience and accessibility regardless of your location.

First intro session - getting acquainted

First intro session - getting acquainted

The first meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other. I want to hear about your challenges and expectations for our meetings. I will explain how ADHD Coaching can support you. If we decide to work together, we will agree on the number of sessions and their frequency. The coaching process typically lasts between 5 and 10 sessions, depending on the goal.

Regular sessions - achieving your goal

Regular sessions - achieving your goal

During regular meetings, we will work on setting and achieving your goal. Regular online sessions will help you maintain motivation. Between sessions, you will have the opportunity to try out various strategies and techniques.

Observation and making changes

Throughout the coaching process, we will regularly review your challenges, beliefs, and progress. If needed, we will make changes to the action plan. I will follow and accompany you through the changes. My goal is to provide support that helps you achieve what you need.

Welcome! My name is Meg Jablonska.

Psychologist and ADHD Coach

I am a psychologist and ADHD Coach. I passionately support my clients on their journey to self-acceptance and achieving their goals. As a neurodiverse individual, I have a deep understanding of the challenges my clients may face daily.

I continually improve my skills by participating in training and conferences on ADHD in adults. In my coaching practice, I use elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). These methods allow me to tailor sessions to the unique needs of my clients.

I work with individuals over the age of 18. I conduct sessions online in both Polish and English. I adhere to the standards of the International Coaching Federation and undergo regular supervision.

Beyond my professional work, my passion is backpacking. I love the Southeast Asia region, which I explored for six months. I am originally from Poland and currently live in Berlin.
